There are some supporting documents that we need in order to proceed, and you can upload:
- Most current Mortgage billing statements for each property you own (need NOTE if there is Home Equity Line)
- Most current Homeowner insurance (& HOA) for each property you own
- Past two months Bank Statements (need every page, even if blank)
- Paystub covering ONE-month period
- Most recent year W-2 forms
- Most recent two years federal tax (1040) return for self-Employed or one year for Salaried
- Driver License
